Common questions
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Top Trainer Pro → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to Pro features until then.
Open the app, go to Profile → Account → Restore Purchases. StoreKit will re-verify your transaction with Apple and unlock Pro within a few seconds. If that doesn't resolve it, email us with your purchase receipt.
Open the app, go to Profile → Account → Advanced → Delete Account. The three-step confirmation flow permanently removes every workout, photo, video, chat, program, and routine in your account. There is no undo.

Sign-up is free; the 7-day trial gives full access to every Pro feature. After the trial, an active Pro subscription is required to use AI coaching, AI program generation, form analysis, and most other features.
Top Trainer uses Google Gemini's vision model to read your recording frame-by-frame and call out specific issues — bar path, depth, hip hinge, knee tracking, tempo. It's genuinely useful as a second opinion, but it is not a substitute for a qualified coach evaluating you in person. Always second-opinion any uncertain feedback against a real human if it matters.
Apple Health integration is on the roadmap and not in the current launch build. Top Trainer logs your workouts in its own database first; we'll add HealthKit syncing in a future release.
When emailing, please include:
- The email you used to sign up
- iPhone model + iOS version
- App version (Profile → Account)
- What you were doing when the issue happened
- Screenshot or screen recording if applicable
